"Sure thing...before or after we get our stuff?" Trevor asked, looking at her as he stopped. It might would be better for the both of them if they went before getting their things. Then, there was one less reason for Molly and Arthur to hate him, if they chose to.

Evie glanced up at the large clock tower that was in Diagon Alley before she made her decision. "Now would be better. Don't want to get there and find Julian asleep," she said. The boy wouldn't be awake much longer seeing as how it was a little past his usual bedtime. After that was all said Evie apparted from the alley to the Burrow, looking around the cramped living room for any sign of anyone. "Hello?" she called out, waiting for Trey before she ventured much further into the house.

Trevor apparated after her, walking up to her once he was there. No need to get separated and the Weasleys to think they had a burglar there. The place certainly wasn't something he was used to. After all, it was a differently shaped house, different furnitures...a lot more second hand than he was used to.

A little brown haired boy came running from the stairs and into the living room, dressed in his blue pajamas with a snitch on the front and laughing as he ran around to hide behind one of the many couches in the living room, a tired looking Molly Weasley coming down a few seconds after him to try to catch the boy.

Julian let out a giggle and ducked behind the arm rest of a path work couch until he saw his mum and Trey standing in the door way. Quickly Julian pushed himself up and ran over to them, saying excitedly. "Mummy!" he exclaimed, holding his arms up for her.

Evie beamed and bent down to pick her son up, holding him with one arm and using the hand of her other to support his weight. "Hey there sweetie!" Evie said happily, giving Julian a kiss on his cheek which he wiped off before going on about what he did while they were gone.

Molly finally after she stopped looking when Julian revealed his hiding spot walked over to Evie and Trey, standing near an old plush chair and leaned against it. "You’re here early," Molly said with a bit of a raised brow after greeting Trey, expecting them to have stayed out longer that what they had.

Evie brought her attention away from Julian for a moment and to Trey, asking him if he would take Julian for a moment and handed the boy off to the man beside her. ( Julian continuing his talking but this time to Trey since he was now the one holding him) before looking back at Molly. "Well, I....I mean we were wondering if you wouldn’t mind keeping Jules for the weekend," Evie asked while her fidgeted with her hands, just seemed kinda weird asking that when it wasn’t Casey that she was going away with.

"Of course dear," the older woman said with a kind and knowing smile. "Wouldn’t mind at all."

Trevor gave the woman a smile. "We appreciate it," he told her, contemplating giving a hug, but eh...refraining from it sounded much better.

Evie gave Molly a hug and a thanks and got one back with a 'have fun' before she let go. Once she said her goodbye to Mrs. Weasley, Evie went and took Julian from Trey and gave him a large hug and a few playful kisses to his cheek every time he wiped one off before setting him down and letting him go play his little game of hide and seek.

With that done Evie was feeling better about everything and she apparated to Hogsmeade so they could walk up to the castle and back to the common room. She waited for Trey before they made their way to the castle, and to the common room going their separate ways to their rooms.

As Evie walked up to hers she prayed that Casey wasn't anywhere near and didn't see them leaving together with a suitcase or what ever of things needed for a weekend away. Didn't need that headache on top of everything else, yet part of her did want him to see so the point that they were over would get across to him maybe for good this time..if seeing them going to dinner didn't already do that.

Trevor parted ways with her upon entering the common room, going up to his room to grab his already packed suitcase, coming back down to the common room and sitting down on a couch as he waited for her, sitting there with his suitcase resting on the ground. He'd ditched the suit jacket and tie in his room, leaving the top couple of buttons open on his shirt.
---
Casey had come in only a few minutes before them and was on his way towards his room when he heard heels behind him. He paused, contemplating just continuing on, but all the same, he decided against it. They'd never had much of a chance to talk since that night at The Three Broomsticks, thanks to the Headmaster, and now that he saw the guy was obviously making the moves on his wife, he wanted to know what was going on.

So, he turned around, making his way towards her, hoping she didn't see him and go in quickly and lock him out to avoid him. But, he didn't care. One way or another, he was going to talk to her, and one way or another, he was going to see his son at some point. She had no right keeping him away from her. The last few times he'd really only been coming around to check on Jules, but no such luck, not with Trey.

Once near enough to her that he felt he could stop the door from shutting if he needed to, he made his presence known. "Hey..." he said awkwardly, not quite sure what else to say.

"Hi..." Evie said blankly as she put the key to her room in the lock to unlock the door, not turning to look at him or even acknowledge him in any way other than the 'hi' she gave him. Hopefully he wasnt planning on sticking around and try to push that "it wasnt what it looked like' crap on her.

"You, uh, you have time to talk?" Casey asked, halfway expecting Trey to burst up the stairs like the muggle Superman and use his magic to wipe him off the face of the planet. Seemed that whenever he was near Evie, Trey was never far behind...unfortunately. Made trying to reconcile with his wife a pain in the ass. All he wanted to do was talk, but no, never even got one chance. Stupid Headmaster needed to disappear.

He'd seen Trey a few times with his son and his wife--his family--and it seemed they'd replaced him already. Didn't change how Casey felt about Jules and Evie, just made him feel hurt and lonely, discouraged. He would have thought Evie would have made Trey let her talk to him, get answers he knew she had to want, but apparently not. Apparently she didn't even want to hear them or he'd answered them on Casey's behalf or she'd come up with 'satisfactory' answers of her own. Hell, Voldemort even could have helped. All Casey knew was, regardless of if any of those had happened, he wanted Evie to know the truth, didn't want her to die or himself to die without her knowing. Of course, unfortunately, knowing was not necessarily the same as believing.

"Not really.." Evie said as the door unlocked and she pushed it open, stepping inside and pushing the door close behind her, knowing that it didn't close all the way but she wasn't staying long, just going to grab some clothes for the weekend and what else she needed and then be on her way. When she walked inside she threw her purse to the bed and walked to her closet, pulling out a large duffle bag big enough to fit what ever she needed and if not then she could just shrink the stuff to fit.

Casey stood there for a few seconds, contemplating what her 'not really' could mean before realizing the fact that the door was still slightly open. He decided to believe Evie had done that on purpose, so he pushed it open, coming in, looking around the place before walking towards Jules' room at first, almost hoping to find him in there with a babysitter or something, only to be met with an empty, messy room.

So, he moved towards their--her room, standing in the doorway and not going any further, not exactly wanting to make her more uncomfortable than it already had to be for her, considering he felt awkward himself. He noticed she was packing her things, but he figured it was wise not to ask where she was going at the moment. "Where's Jules?" he asked, training his eyes on her.

"With Molly," Evie said. She figured he would come in. She expected he would but he wouldn't dare try anything at least she hoped. He had to know that if he did she would use her wand against him so she figured it safe. Also, she trusted Molly to not let Casey near Julian or at least leave with him so why not give him at least some peace of mind?

She took some jeans and a shirt from her closet, along with a nicer outfit and then walked to her drawer, pulling out some socks, bra, underwear and what not before putting it in the bag.

Casey nodded, continuing to watch her. Great, leaving for the weekend at least. How on earth was he going to get to talk to her at this rate? At least his son was in capable hands. He was a little surprised she'd told him where their son was, though. She had to know that her telling him that would equal him going to get Jules and bring him back so he could spend some time with him.

"That's good. How's he been?" he asked, stuffing his hands into his pockets as he continued to lean against the doorframe, casting his gaze at the floor for now. He couldn't continue watching her pack up to leave for wherever she was going because he had a strong feeling it would be with Trey, wherever it was, considering they'd obviously gone out for dinner. He supposed the sight was better than finding the two of them snogging or being all touchy-feely on their way up the stairs, but all the same, he didn't want to see either.

"He's fine," she said, staying to her 'woman of few words' thing at the moment, walking into the bathroom to grab what she needed and coming back out to put the things in her bag before closing it, picking the thing up and putting it around her shoulder. "Can't this wait till later? I don't want to keep Trey waiting," Evie said, not caring what kind of reaction he gave at the sound of Treys name, as far as she was concerned her and Casey were over and he had no right getting upset after what he did to her. And even if they were over with she had started to feel guilty for keeping Julian away from his dad, Casey did seem to care about Jules with how many times he came around to check on him. She didn't know if it was all an act or not but who was she to deprive her son of his dad? And she really had no right to do so until everything was settled with the divorce...which for some odd reason wasn't happening yet. Despite Trey's many attempts to get Evie to start with the proceedings she hadn't. kept putting it off, telling herself that it could wait till school was over with...But that wasn't the reason why she kept pushing it back. That was part of the reason why she gave in and told Casey where Jules was at, he at least could see him or something, Molly wouldn't let Casey do anything stupid with Jules...

"No, it can't wait," Casey answered, letting out a sigh as he chose to ignore her mention of keeping Trey waiting. He'd wring the guy's neck later, if he felt the need, but no need to get things to being uncivil at the moment by cutting the guy down with words. "There's only one more week of classes, and it's all testing, and after that week it's just end of the year activities. I've got Jared to sit in and watch the kids take their tests.

"I'm spending the weekend with Julian, and then I'm going to go back to Ireland to visit with Wood, attend tryouts, and get back on the team. Can't stand seeing that man around you two. I'm not going to sit through years of it, the way he's keeping me away from you and not giving us a chance to talk. But, Julian is my son, and I will be visiting him."
